Payson hosts a track meet for the 3rd graders and several schools in the area attend. Calista participated in the 50 meter, 100 meter, and the long jump. I got there just in time to take a video of the 100 meter. She is the girl in the light blue plants with the maroon shirt. .
She qualified for the semi-finals in the 50 meter....
Unfortunately, I missed the long jump. I love this idea of getting the kids some physical activity and introducing them to track and field.
She did great! Looks like you guys have a runner on your hands!
