Do you remember growing up and thinking it was so neat to have Mickey Mouse pancakes?

My kids spent the night at a neighbor's house a few years back (The Wilsons) and Russ made Minnie Mouse pancakes. I've never been able to duplicate that feat in pancake making.

Because I have not mastered either Mouse - I LOVE pancake molds. I bought some a year or so ago but they were mostly girly - a daisy, a heart, and a sunflower. Well, I was out shopping yesterday and came across some for Chance - an airplane and a truck.

Yay!! Chance finally gets some boy pancakes.
