It finally happened....

Jeff has been threatening for years and he finally followed through!!! Our big shade tree is GONE!! People in our ward are shocked (some are very sad and some are not very happy about it) but we never did really like it and the roots have ruined our curbing and now they are headed for the sidewalk.

The kids had so much fun playing in the branches.  Jeff left them on the lawn for 2 days and the kids built forts and played and played.  Luckily I was gone to girl's camp and didn't have to help clean up!    :)
